Our affiliates include accountants, business advisors, family lawyers, mortgage and financial planners, barristers and legal specialists. We can negotiate contracts, engage in litigation and resolve disputes with business partners, suppliers or customers. And if we can’t assist you, we can put you in touch with someone who can.

SENIOR COMMERCIAL LAWYER/ LITIGATOR

Drawing upon 30 years of corporate and commercial law experience, I provide common-sense legal advice to entrepreneurial SMEs who want a personalised service to protect their business interests. I am a contract specialist and business disputes lawyer based in Sydney.

As a determined senior commercial lawyer and litigator, my priority is to understand your business, so I can give you trusted legal advice resulting in the best possible outcome, such as assisting you in winning multi-million dollar engineering tenders. There’s no need to worry about hefty consultancy costs as I charge fixed upfront fees or am available as a freelance legal counsel.

Using my top law firm experience, I offer a bespoke legal service that delivers commercially-savvy solutions and contracts. While working with countless businesses across a wide variety of industries, I have developed contracts for complex commercial transactions, drafted customer-facing contracts on behalf of large-scale IT suppliers, helped start-ups build up their contract portfolio prior to a public listing, and empowered franchisees by improving the terms of the license or franchise agreement. My goal is to empower you to make informed decisions by giving professional jargon-free legal counsel and personalised business contracts.
