Our Team

Stevensen Business Lawyers, located in Stanmore in Inner West Sydney, was started in 2006 by Tamira Stevensen, Senior Commercial Lawyer / Litigator. We employ only experienced lawyers and barristers.

Tamira assists clients by providing professional, personalised legal advice and representation for small business, including:

  • Negotiating, reviewing and updating contracts of all types, drawing on her many years’ experience, including in large transactions;
  • Providing strong advocacy and legal representation to clients in business disputes and commercial litigation.

In Employment Law matters, Peter Krockenberger draws on his many years’ experience in a specialist employment advocacy team, providing advice and representation in employment disputes.

For larger disputes, we will draw together an experienced project team to suit your specific needs. Our affiliates include accountants, business advisors, family lawyers, mortgage and financial planners, barristers, and legal specialists. If we can’t assist you, we can put you in touch with someone who can.

Our experience and pragmatic approach to solving business problems mean we can be strong advocates for small business people, in negotiating contracts, or in litigating and resolving disputes with their business partners, suppliers, or customers.
